Technical Services:
Unlimited access to a number of excellent contract detailing firms, our own team of full time professional designers, skilled steel fabricators and welders, detailers and production personnnel, smoothly effect transmittals from the approval stage to delivery scheduling.
Fabrication Services:
Our plant with its 19,000 square foot covered fabrication area, is complemented by a number of modern production machines such as - four Downshop cranes (two - 15 Ton, one - 10 Ton and one - 6 Ton), two Heede Yard Tower cranes (each at 4 Tons), plate shear, friction saw, ironworkers, radial drill punches, threading machines and automatic wire feed welders. There is ample yard area, which is used for fit-up work or material storage and barge loading access nearby & available if required.
These facilities combined with an experienced workforce of up to 30 shop employees and over a dozen highly trained office personnel together with the application of sound production planning principles, makes us a fully integrated steel production facility second to none! The subsequent result is reflected in our capacity to turn out approximately 400 tons per month of medium to heavy structural steel and about 200 tons per month of light structural steel and platework.
We cover a full range of steel fabrication including:
Platework = Hoppers, chutes, breeching, ductwork.
Conveyor Work = Towers, bents, galleries, stringers.
Misc. Steelwork = Stairs, walkways, handrails, ladders.
