CORPORATE POLICY STATEMENT & COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
The management and staff of Kay-Son Steel Fabricators Ltd. are fully committed to providing our customers with the highest level of quality and workmanship. We are committed to maintain a safe work place and to meet or exceed our customers' requirements.
The Quality Assurance Manager has been given full authority to implement and maintain the procedures and practices outlined in this manual. The QA Manager reports directly to the ownership team of Kay-Son Steel Fabricators Ltd.
The QA/QC Program will be reviewed annually by the management and the results are forwarded to the ownership team.
Should an issue arise that cannot be resolved through the systems described in this manual it shall be brought to the attention of Kay-Son Steel Fabricators Ltd. ownership team for resolution. At no time shall this Manual or Statutes of Governing Jurisdictions be compromised.
